How this section is organised
One page, one question. A page answers a single question completely, and nothing else links to a second copy of that answer. Where a topic belongs to two areas — a credit note is both a sales document and a GST document — one page is canonical and the other section points at it.
Task pages, not screen tours. Pages are named after what you are trying to do, not after the menu you found it under. Menus move; the task does not.
Nothing published half-written. A page appears when it can answer the question in full. Until then it carries a placeholder rather than a partial answer that would send you the wrong way.
